Bah it's a weakling wild pokemon, dosn't matter if it's lvl 100

I use those stat pills from the big pokemart.

They are in Celadon, Goldenrod, and I belive there is one in Hoenn.

Yea it does, he said he wanted help.

I told him my strategy, buy a bunch of stat boosts because Rayquaza is a wild pokemon and has normal stats.

That's really all you need to do to beat him.

If my knowledge of the games serves, most Pokémon you catch are found in the wild...

It has occured to me you don't understand what I'm saying.

All pokemon were once wild including starters, once you catch them you can boost their stats with things such as carbos.

Rayquaza has no trainer so it has never had anything like carbos or hp up meaning it only has the base lvl 100 stats

You can train a pokemon of choice to lvl 100 but before you get to lvl 100 buy a bunch of stat pills from the drug store floor of a big pokemart.

Oh, I thought you meant something else. Anyway, that doesn't make that much of a difference, Rayquaza could still win.

This is a lame idea, but what if you got a Rayquaza too that had a nature that gave it speed advantage? Then perhaps a Blizzard attack could hit and then...
