Ok, I decided to start my Tekken set over. Once a character has it's set amount of cards done, they won't get any more Pokémon until I assign Shining Pokémon. Once a card is done, you can't do it again. If two of the same card are made, I'll pick which one I like better. I've already worked on some cards. I will post them after posting this topic.
