i would have to say Mewtwo, hands-down.
Mainly because of its cloning background and its search for its real purpose in life.

I voted for Alakazam because , in my opinion, it has the widest room to grow (especially if you raise it from an Abra). Even though personally Mewtwo is my favorite, I've always found Alakazam to be a bit more flexible battle-wise, and a bit stronger too. Mewtwo's great, but he's not unbeatable.

lugia is my favourite mainly because it learns 3 awesome moves, hydro pump, aeroblast and psychic

I like Latias because its eyes are cute. Thinking about it, the whole of Latias is actually cute. It also learns Mist Ball which is a cool move in my opinion. Although Mist Ball has low PP, it has a 50% chance of lowering the opponent's Special Attack along with 105 after STAB. Latias can also learn Psychic/Recover like other Psychic Pokemon simply through levelling up. It can learn lots of HMs and a decent amount of TMs. It's stats are also of good standards but I like it most because of it's eyes in the end. They're just cute, the way it looks at you. I especially like the Shiny Version of Latias which is gold, basically because of the colour.

I like Jirachi because of it's phschic attacks and mainly that it is a very easy Pokemon to train and a good Pokemon for learning moves. I find that legendary Pokemon like it learn attacks more quicker. But still I go all out for the all mighty cuteness of Jirachi!
