I think the whole point of this was reading that dumb PokeDex entry in the original Pokemon games that said "Farfetch'd were often eaten as food". But Miltank baby back ribs would be yummy! Magicarp can break your precious teeth!

No, we mean YOU eat a Pokemon. Besides, we all know Pokemon eat each other. Like in the show Ash looked up Pidgeotto and his PokeDex said "Pidgeotto are known to eat Caterpie or Weedle in the wild."

I'll take some KFC (Kentucky Fried Combusken), some Magikarp fillets, a nice juicy Tauros steak, some Miltank baby back ribs, and some Torchic wings dipped in hot sauce

Magicrap is just scales and bones. I'd take some KFC, Torchic gravy, Tauros burgers and every single pokemon you can eat for $50
