To be played indoors in France only?

Post by Pikachu3828 »

In the car on the way back from purchasing Pokémon Fire Red I started reading the instruction manual and box, as most people do when having bought a new video game and awaiting playing it

Anyway,I glanced at the bottom of the box and it said, roughly paraphrased: "This game can be played in these countries:England, Germany...." and then it had "France (Indoor use only)" France is the only one like that. Indoor use only? What does that mean? You may not use Pokémon Fre Red outdoors? Can anyone explain why, I'm totally confused at this :? ?

I think it means that you can;t play it in a public place, but at your house you can. I'm just guessing

I have no idea. However, the wireless adapter interferes with pacemakers.

A cardiac pacemaker is a tiny machine placed in the chest, in or next to the heart, that sends out electrical impulses to control the heart's beating.

Ok, apparently France has stricter wavelength/frequency regulations that the rest of Europe and so because the Wireless Adaptor breaks those regulations it cannot be used in public places.

It probaly said, France, (Indoor use only)
Which means That you shoud not use it outdoors anywhier because it works better indoors and outside it can interfere with alot of things ex:Planes And I mean it! Planes dont allow certain electrical things for this resin!

I'm pretty sure if you play outside, it should NOT interfere with anything. These thing comply with the FCC and CRTC. I'm not sure what is the thing that controls the brodcasting thingy in France. Planes are up there. We are down here.
