Barboach locations

Post by Pikachu3828 »

Hi,
I was recently wandering around Sootopolis and entered a building to find two brothers. One argued that Shroomish was bigger than Barbach and the other vice versa. They both asked to see one. I rushed to my box but found that I'd already evolved my Shroomish into a Breloom so I want to Petalgurb Forest and simply captured another one. I showed it to one brother and got an Elixer for it.

The other wants to see a Barboach, where is the best place to catch these? The Pokédex points to a number of places, one of the hotspots being Evergrande City Pokémon Centre. But where abouts do I catch it? Fish on the shoreline? Fish while surfing? With what rod? Or do I catch it by surfing? Or diving? Also, how rare is it.

Thanks ahead of time, it'll be another Pokémon to add to my collection :-)

As far as I know, Barboach aren't all that rare... At least I don't think. Back when I got Saph, it didn't take me that long to hook one for my team.

Yeah, that's Route 111. (I caught mine there I think) Anyways, do you also get an Elixer for a big Barboach?
