All right a Few Questions then you can go

How come i cant call Elm with my call card?
How do you get shiny pokemon other than buying?
How do you get pokeballs?
How do you get Beauty Points?
How do you make pokemon happy?
Is it possible for me to get more places other than Garden and New Bark Town?
How do you recieve a Fame when you check your profile?

And for now thats all my questions . Thank you . But i never said I let you go yet..........

  1. That was from version 2, it doesn't exist anymore...

1.) It is Shadow Sneasel not Shiny and it is for a TR mission
2.) Beat Shiny Sneasel in battle to complete the mission
3.) That is the way it was made.
4.) It hasn't been added yet
5.) Just train pokemon
6.) There is no way right now but you never know in the future

You dont need an item to evolve Scyther right?
Is it possible to go to Cinnabar island now or is it not up?

Scyther needs Metal Coat and the farthest you can go is Goldenrod City

Only bulbasaur can learn moves from leveling up but in the future other pokemon will too.
