Getting past 3rd gym city

How do i get past that tunnel? It has lots of rocks. Is there a rock smash HM or is the game just not done up to that point yet?

Currently there is no way to get past the rocks. There is a sidequest that you can do though. Go to the Goldenrod Pokemon Center (Upstairs) to recieve it.

also you can do rockewt missions if you have 25 posts

I'm already a supreme gaurd onn the rockeet missions, I found and returned chansey and the apro whatever its called. What else is there left to do?
