just thought since nobody has made a thread already then I would.
Well first I would like to point out some new stuff
1. There are indeed wild pokémon but not in the traditional way, There are places called Pokéspots where you will find wild pokémon at.
2. There are more Shadow moves than just Shadow Rush. Shadow moves are Super Effective against non-Shadow pokemon
3. There is a whole section dedicated to Mew which allows you get teach Mew moves including non-TM/HM/Move Tutor moves. Biug variety in move sets since there are 100 moves to choose from
4. You start off with Eevee instead of both Espeon and Umbreon
5. Instead of doing the Day/Night way of evolving Eevee to Espeon and Umbreon we are given 2 new items that work like evolution stones. They are called Sun Dust and Moon Dust
6. It indeed links to R/S/E/FR/LG
7. There are 2 new modes of battle
- Battle Disc - You have to battle with certain strategy and criterea using rental pokémon
- Battle de Bingo - Again using rental pokémon you have to defeat pokémon to try to create a row like you would when are playing Bingo.
8. Some Pokémon have attacks that they don't normally learn in the GBA games
9. The Legendary trio of the game are Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres
10. There are a bunch of new Shadow Pokémon which include some evolutions and base forms of certain Colosseum Shadow pokémon.
11. You do encounter Munchlax and Bonsly but it is unknown if you can obtain them in XD or not. I doubt it though to be honest.
