my cash just went down to 29 when i had 57 or 60 something WT..?

Ok, there are a number of reasons why your cash would have gone down. Either:

You played a game such as Bubbles or Moon patrol, they cost 50 cash each, and you didn't win back as much as you put in
You bought an item from the shop
You played the slot machine
You deposited some cash in the bank
You donated some of your cash to someone else
