Ok, newbies ( http://www.srg.valcato.net/pikachu/foru ... um.php?f=5 ) is for welcomes and we don't have a goodbyes forum, quite an unusual one

Reffering to the title about a graphics forum/board, I am planning on setting up a fan area, where you can post fanart, fan fics and links to websites.

And finally, only staff have ranks.
