Upload it and show it to us
If you are wondering why I made it look like Netscape 3 on Windows 3.1. It's cause I feel like it.

What's so amazing... My transparcy avatar doesn't work. I made that in a Microsoft product and yet it does not work in another Microsoft product. lol
