Celebi is a real Pokemon I got from my friend, from his friend who went to a Nintendo event before GBA was around. He cloned it for me and gave it to me, so it a real Pokemon. Just check out a PokeDex from pokemon.com. Sorry if I'm sounding rude, I am kinda in a bad mood today from school.

Does anyone know how you get Mew in FR/LG? Gamewinners.com said it's uncatchable, and it didn't say anything about a Nintendo event in there :/

As for me... None, legendary Pokemon are ment for newbies or n00bs that don't know the game. Real players use other Pokemon. Semi-legendary are ok.
