Why do Nidorina and Nidorino evolve with a Moonstone?

I think they Just called it a moon stone because they coun't call it a Normal stone or kids would think ist's just....... a stone.....

A reqular stone would... probably make it reglaur if it was shiny...

But I don't know who would use that 0_0

I think Nidoking and Nidoqueen can't breed was too get rid of some sort of rumor that if you could get some sort of "super Poke". it said something like that in the official guide. I personly never heard it. It's probly like that Pikablu thing.

Isn't it obvious that the Nidoran are based on Rhinos?
I think Rhinos are * or asexual so thats propably why they can't breed.
