When you say "Mew code", what exactly do you mean? What Mew code are you using, and where is it from? Are you talking about the code for Ruby/Sapphire?

no...you actually can.get the old sea chart(dont know how)and take a boat to far away isle.when you get to the end you can get mew.

You need an Action Replay. There is no other way. He said WITHOUT Emerald.
