The story is as follows:
One fateful day on Cinnibar Island, some scientists were trying to clone Mew. They accidentally created Mewtwo, who was much more powerful then they had imagined. They thought that only Mew could beat it. However, they never realized the potintial that groups of Pokemon had when they battled. The Pokemon eventually formed into groups, each group getting stronger and stronger until they thought they could battle Mewtwo. By now, Mewtwo had found a lair. Inside the Pokemon League Building. Any person or Pokemon that tried to get in would find that the door was locked.
Now, the rules.
First of all, the Pokemon groups.
- Any Pokemon can group up with any other Pokemon, but only one Trainer per group is allowed. Also, in order to have a group, it must consist of one of the following: only Pokemon; one Trainer and the rest are Pokemon; one Trainer with more than 1 of his/her Pokemon.
- You can have a maximum of 6 attacks in battle, but infinite numbers outside of battle.
You can choose to be with a Trainer if you wish, but then the Trainer chooses when you fight, and have play-time.
If you are a Trainer's Pokemon, you can run away from him/her if you wish.
- You can catch any Pokemon (within reason) as long as you would actually find that Pokemon there. For example, you can catch a Pikachu in Viridian Forest, but not in the water.
You may be a good trainer, or a bad one (i.e. Team Rocket)
Unless it is within the Pika Club rules to do so, any Pokemon you catch is not officially yours. For example, if you have under twenty posts you cannot keep ANY of the Pokemon you catch.
In order to catch a Pokemon being RPed, after you throw the ball, the Pokemon decides whether or not to be caught. The one exception to this rule is the masterball. If you have the masterball (of which there is only one), then when you use it you will have caught the Pokemon, unless the Pokemon is part of a group
Any Pokemon who is part of a group may not be caught.

ThunderShield is an attack where a shield of lightning appears around Thunder's body. Only Thunder can use it. Thunder learned it from Mew, whom is now his friend.
Lightning Storm is an attack that causes a lightning storm to occur, strengthening the user, and weakening the opponent. Only Lightning Type pokemon can use it.
