Image uploads/faster forums

I've added a number of modifications to this website. Firstly one that aims to speed up the forums as much as possible while optimising the template and the way it loads. While the forums were not particuarly slow to begin with, it never harms to be faster

Another new feature users may find particuarly useful is image uploading. Below the message textbox is a small link that says "Add image to post". Click on the link and it will open up a small pop-up window where you can upload your image. Click OK and it will even add the img tags in for you so you don't have to! The images are uploaded to an offsite image host so please be respectful.
