I got kicked out of team rocket,for not being able to catch raquaze,so I had to start over,the team rocket person is now telling me to go the secret base just north of cherrygrove city!But I keep trying and it keeps saying you don't have permission to be here?

By the way, the idea is not to quit and rejoin Team Rocket but to recapture the PokÃƒÂ©mon you startled.
