Dotted Line

There is a dotted line beside my Sceptile. Is this a bug or what?

Go to the error, click the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, open up an image editing software such as Microsoft Paint, click paste and save the file. Then make a new post and click the "Add image to post" link below the message box

All the Sceptiles have a dotted line next to it. Check for yourself.
