OOC: It's impossible for a evee to evole into a vaporon without a water stone. or else it'll evove into a Espeon or Umbreon.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR IT TO EVOLVE WITHOUT A STONE
(And it was in the pokeball anyway.)
