ya gotta go through 8 rounds of the masterball cup(level 100 pokemon) and use pikachu in all of em, without loosing. you can have a fainted pokemon sure, but you can loose a match u you have to start over. took a while, but it was worth it ^^ it looks so cute when using surf in the stadium! so does raichu
