There is one. Staff. View either mine, Pokemon Hero's or nintendestined64's profiles and select the 'usergroups' tab to view it. You have to be a staff member to be a member of the usergroup, as the name implies.

well i wasn't a MOD or a ADMIN but reason i joined here the very first time was coz i was gonna b the artist of the site, lol, but i never did do much so it doesn't really matter
