i looooove runescape. i play it all the time. i have lots of characters-
madbaddog6-
kikio372-
bright fire5-
pure water20-
wolf force1- and thats all. im not telling toe level for them because i have too many accounts lol=)

Last time I checked there were two different account types you could choose from - free and paid. The paid ones have more servers, more skills and includes sound if I remember correctly so it's not a great difference to the free one.
