Which pokemon do you think is the best-looking? Here's my opinion:

1.Charmander (no question about it)
2.Houndoom,Skarmory, Groudon and Ho-oh

Charizard is the best looking. No doubt. As for favourite, I would say all the legendaries. The best legendary I like is Kyogre for some strange reason.
