I keep on getting messages that I made over the max amount of Pika Points allowed in on day. Can you get Pika Points again after say... 00:00 GMT or 00:00 Local Timezone?

All is explained in this topic. The forum time is set to GMT but I think the server time is GMT-1. Without looking at the code I'm actually not entirely sure which one is used.
