How do you increase a Pokemon's happiness? Mine is getting lower, I think....

You can train it or keep on healing it on the 2nd floor on PC in Goldenrod.

Ok. But I've not been to Goldenrod, so I'll just have to see. I'm still busy training my Pokemon.
