Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Two trailers of the new Super Smash Bros. game, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, for the Wii have been released. All that I can say to describe them is this:
Watch them for yourself at: http://uk.media.revolution.ign.com/medi ... ids_1.html, though be aware they are very large video files!

I loved the trailer, sweeties. X3 The game is going to be outstanding and a definate must have for the Wii.
Pikachu looks a lot cuter in my opinion. X3 Mario's close have more detail, and I love that they use Link from TP. X3 Kirby still looks the same, but still cute though. X3
Samus just gotten sexier. 8D Samus was favorite VG character (along with Mario.) When I was little, like 9 years ago. XD

The close hand-to-hand melee combat seems to have been redefined, what with Samus' gun-sword and Pit's daggers. The trailer gave the impression some of the arenas are full 3D, such as the castle and launching ship. Looks very interesting. Apparently it's online enabled.

Some of the characters looked absolutly breath taking - looks like we are going to have some very beautiful looking games if that's the kind of thing the Wii can put out. (that name's still weird to say, but it is easy to type)
The inclusion of Zero Suit Samus is cool - you know there's still people out there who think samus is a guy... hopefully this will put them right.
Solid Snake? You mean to tell me that a non Nintendo exclusive character is going to compeate in the smash bros? Sweet. i make a prediction now that one of his special moves will be his tranquilizer gun that will put the oppoenent to sleep for a moment.
One more point i'd like to point out, if i may. Is it just me, or does it look like there's going to be super special moves in this game. There's a part in the trailer where Mario grabs a round orb with the smash bros logo on it, then starts powering up with flames. The next shot shows a him shooting a massive fireball that fills the screen. Then Link does several sword slashes with an opponent trapped between two spinning triforces, and kirby boils an opponent in a pot. Could this be an item that gives of a very powerful user specific move, or was the orb in the trailer a metaphore to say that all the special moves will be supped up and more powerful than ever?

That's exactly what I thought when I saw them in the trailer. It will sure be interesting. However, is it just me or does Mario's special move seem overpowered ?I know how difficult it is to call it from just a video, but it hits everyone on the screen compared to Link's or Kirby's that hit just one (both hit Mario, actually ) Maybe Mario's is less powerful than the others to make up for it, who knowsWhoKnows_WhoCares wrote: One more point i'd like to point out, if i may. Seeing I got lucky at school and could see the videos there (I have a slow connection...), I noticed the Nintendogs and the super item. I think there may be, for the first time, a finisher attack. The dogs are so cute!

The adorable Nintendog, is an item used to obstruct the view. ^^ Has any sweetie noticed that Pikachu didn't get to show off his Super Special Move. ;0;
Anywho, I wonder if Zero Suit Samus is a selectable character, or like Shiek, is playable if met a certain condition (Noticed her Varia suit came off when she did her Super Special Move?).
Since there's a possiblity of more 3rd party characters in the game, does anybody have the feeling Sonic the Hedgehog is gonna be in it? =3
When this game is released, I'll promiss you, it'll be the best seller before you know it, sweeties. X3

There are a lot of rumours going round that Sonic the Hedgehog will be in it and as far as 3rd party characters go I think he's a favourite. I'm really looking forward to playing as Snake, I think the inclusion of 3rd party characters is an awesome addition. I read that Hideo Kojima (creator of Metal Gear series) practically begged to have his character included in SSBB. It's a really popular and famous game, so I'm sure if Hideo begged then many others would do likewise to have their characters included

I would have loved to been in the room when one of the head's on nintendo said 'Hideo Kojima has asked for solid snake to be included in the next super smash bros game' and seen if anybody said no.
I think Zero suit samus is a seperate character like Dr. Mario, rather than shiek. The whole varia suit braking up was more of an intro than a super move.
While the possibility of other third party characters is there... there's also a possibility that no other third party will want their charas in the game. Snake could be the only one. Having said that, I'm sure I read that Myamoto and the head of Saga were in talks about Mario and Sonic in a game together so there's a high chance Sonic T. Hedgehog could be in there. And if Sonic were to make it into the game - the old Nintendo and Saga fanatics of the ninties will finally have their dream match Mario V Sonic... of course the outcome will be different depending on which fan is playing.
And here's something i thought of the other day. Who's going to do the voice for Solid Snake? Because unlike Mario, Luigi (and all the mario crew), Link, Samus, Pickachu and the rest - Snake's has a different voice actor in Japan than he does in the US. So will they just have the Japanese actor, or will they get the American actor for the english versions?

Wow, I never thought of Megaman as a potential player but he could be really good! Trouble is, how differently would he vary from Samus? They're really similar in the respect that they both run, jump about and shoot things
