That stinks! You'd think that since Miramax was owned by Disney they'd do a much better job on these new Pokemon movies, but have they been doing one? Nooo. And I betcha whenever Pokemon Heroes comes out on DVD in the U.S., it won't have a widescreen mode of any sort.

i have to admit though that the movies are way better than the tv series, was it pokÃƒÂ©mon johto league, where Ash is looking for the legendary pokÃƒÂ©mon, but hasn't he seen most of them!! and pokÃƒÂ©mon Heroes probly wont have widescreen,

Is it me or are the characters voices (particuarly Ash) different in the movies compared to the TV series?

i think the cast put more effort in it, because its bigger than the tv series, more people want to see the movies 'coz it tells more than the tv series!

The movies have better animation too! Plus, after seeing Pokemon 3, 4, and 5, you'd be amazed at how much better the movies look than the TV series.

i've seen all of the movies up to and including 4ever, that movie kicks bums (sorry for the rudness but i couldn't help it) the animation is so much better than the tv series

Yeah, I was kinda fond of that giant 'Twig Monster' in 4Ever. It was pretty cool looking. Though no Pokemon special effect compares to the climax of Pokemon Heroes, that had a giant wave preparing to crush a whole city. It sent chills up my spine when I saw that on the big screen. :shock:

And as for Team Rocket, they got little screen time. And when they did appear, all that they got was abuse from other characters or situations. And they never did get to eat their ice cream either. :lol:

But anyways, the two thieves Annie and Oakley revive the giant dead Pokemon by using that ancient machine thingy. It's freaky. Kabutops almost slices off Ash's head. :shock:
