when people leave a reply under their name there is sometimes a city or something that says first pokemon. what does that mean?

It their ranking ways. Like on my site you start out as a newbies or something....then one post makes you a humans....more to a messenger......highest is like a strong demon......here they use pokemon related stuf like pallet town, or w/e.

So the highest is something related to the Elite 4. I'm in the Indigo Plateau, so that's as high your likely gonna get.
