teaching moves

could somebody explain to me how to teach pokemon new moves and how to catch water pokemon like milotic. milotic is my favorite water pokemon

Only certain Pokémon learn new moves by levelling up thus far. As for catching water Pokémon, you can catch some in your garden or you have to fish for them.

Ah this reminds me, the move learner doesnt really reteach moves... it doesnt work.

what do you mean only certain pokemon. so far i have a marshtop and an azumarril and neither of them have learned new moves

Well certian Pokemon like Pikachu or Blaziken can, I'm not sure about others.
