As Step 2 Togepi's evil plan to take over the world, Togepi is using his ear deafening cry to make put Pokemon under his control.
Togepi: WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! *hehehehe, this is working out better than I thought*

THe funniest was
Powerchu's. It made me slightly laugh the longest, as none made me do more than that.
