I don't know any sites what so ever, but I Know that Toonami Are rerunning earlier seasons of PokÃƒÂ©mon.

Also They've been released on Video quite a while ago so you might have a look round video shops, charity shops (I found Volume 3 there last week) Ebay...

iTunes doesn't sell episodes of Pokemon.
