I'd create a Levhance ball. When you capture it it'll quicken the rate it'll gain a level. plus it'll double the EXP at the end of each battle.

i would create the varomaticonationist ball.
simply it's one of the best Pokéballs in the universe.
any pokémon caugt will have maximised attack, the moves
Superpower, Hyper Beam . 8) 8)
However,it's weird name does mean something.
It'll sorta glitch and reset somethings .
most are good and 1 is bad. not very bad though. it will rub off a random pokémon in the hall of fame. 1 wicked thing is that u can get celebi in ur house after u caught the pokémon in the ball

Advanced master ball- A pokeball that has a 100% chance of catching a wild pokemon plus it makes the pokemon in this pokeball more freindly ADD! You can snag other people's pokemon

It'd take a while to make it *any ball* and work out the bugs, but i'd create the Night Ball. it'd be able catch pokemon that come out at night more easily. With a chance rate of 99.9% of catching them, but nothing's 100%. And it'd be able to very easily catch DARK or SHADOW pokemon. Thats the pokeball I'd create.

Also, to add, pokemon that evlove at night would evolve inside the pokeball (*plans on its finer details as to catch an eevee at night) and they don't have to be real friendly with you, erither, to evolve in the pokeball.

And porbably, for kicks, a 'Mammal Ball' or a pokeball that only caught mammal like pokemon, and ones with less mammal characteristics have a higher chance at not getting caught (ex. Zubat, or ones that don't have any mammal like characteristics (note zubat does, because bats are mammals but it being able to fly, unlike any other mammal, gives it a better chance at not getting caught unlike most others) with most mammal like having an 80% chance of getting caught, and the ones so un-mammal like that they have no mammal characteristics having a 1% chance of getting caught.
