Dorapion
As seen on the main page, 3 new Pokémon have been announced. One of these is known as Dorapion, and looks like this:
Now if you ask me, Dorapion is easily the coolest-looking new Pokémon yet. It even surpasses Crawdaunt, though I'm not quite sure what it is. It's classified as being scorpion-like but that's quite a loose comparison.
Still, judging from the Ruby/Sapphire pool of new Pokémon it'll either have awful stats or an awful move pool.

Gligar isnt a legendary.
Gligar is Poison/Flying --- Dorapion is Poison/Dark
Oh yes Dorapion has an excellent move pool.
I dont know about his stats yet but these are my guess:
Key ---> Below average --- Average -- Above average
HP. Below average
Atk. Above avergae
Def. Average
SP.Atk. Average
SP.Def. Below average
Speed. Aboe average

I personally think this Gligar-Dorapion thing people have going is pretty unfounded. The closest connection the two share from what I can see is colour scheme. They barely look alike! Are there any other Pokémon that have turned from flying to ground based? I know Charmeleon is ground based but Charizard grows wings, however I don't know of any case where it is the other way around.

I agree with pika3828. The only thing between Dorapion and Gligar are the colour. I guess the pokemon creators are inspired by Gligar.

I mean the selection, like you might say a Pokémon has a bad move pool, meaning it doesn't have very many good moves to pick from.neo-bender wrote:What do you mean by pools?
