i cant get my frist pokemon i click on brodband but the scren goes back to the profile screen

That's because you don't have your first Pokemon yet, get a Pokemon.

The HQ is on the Left nav bar... [ i think Unde the RPG section ] on the site. Then you select get first pokemon
