well since he's talking about stones that dont exist, Ice Stone? Steal Stone? Dragon Stone? Fake Stone?
Anyway, in answer to your questions, i dont beleive you can obtain those stones unless you use the Mysetry Gift option with another GBC...

Like WhoKnows_WhoCares said, since there is a limited number available in G/S you must Mystery Gift with other players OR you could obtain the stones on Crystal (they're slightly less rare there) and trade over some Pokémon holding the stones.
