There are more ways to catch it besides that. You could try the offficial way.

I know the only way to get Jirachi! You have to pre-order Pokemon Colleseum. By doing this, they reward you with a bonus disk. Put the disk in your Gamecube, and download him onto your GBA. You can also use an AR, but that messed up my game, so I had to restart.

Any other questions, feel free to ask. I have all 200 pokemon, But I don't know how to get Dexoys.

Umm... Okae... Doesnt everybody know this? AR doesnt mess up your game. Deoxys is gotten from FR/LG. You must have no life trying to get all the pokemon. no offense.

Well yeah, but some people like me only like to train PokÃƒÂ©mon, but catching very little.
