Hi.I need a tutorial on how to make places using paint.net if anyone knows how,please tell me!

Go to Forum & RPG. There should be a sticky on designing maps. Go to page 4 and read the posts. Pikachu3828 should be offering some sprites for map making. Click the link, copy the image, and paste onto your paint program. Then it's just a simple matter of copy and pasting onto another paint program.
