a ralts or beldum would be nice... but i think he should get a slakoth or something like that because he's the son of norman.

Max doen't have a pokemon because he's like, 8 or 9 and you have to be 10 to get a pokedex(Or a licence)
You can found out on the first episode of pokemon!

but in the show there are some kids that have pokÃƒÂ©mon, but aren't pokÃƒÂ©mon trainers. :biggrin: max should get a pokÃƒÂ©mon to play around with.

Tehehe I would be laughing if he ever got a Jirachi. I think he'll get a Slakoth or Ralts as his starter. Hes not a bad trainer too

Hardly a chance as May and Max are not in the DP anime series. Who knows.. maybe Max can make a flashing appearance in the DP anime series with a pokemon.

I don't think he will get considering he is not yet ten years old, as half the people said. Although if throughout the show, you can see some young trainers, who look to be Max's age, and even less.

Another reason is, he won't be appearing in the Shinou saga.
Even though, he could appear again in specials, a newer saga and in certain episodes. So even if he will be getting one, it won't be soon.
