How do u make sprites? please tell me what programs to do it on, where to get the images and everything elce u can think of.

all you need is paint, and you should have that now because it's free and practically every computer has it. you can get images here:

I know how to get into paint but i dont know how to mix and change the colors.

you can't mix them, but you can change them.
go to the top and click on "colors." choose "edit colors" and you can pick a more specific color.
