I have two favorites.

Gold for the mushy memories. It was the first game I ever had, and the GSC games had the day-night feature. GSC had two continents. It also gave me the familiar feel from the previous games. (... As opposed to FR/LG...)

Emerald for the battle frontier. The Hoenn generation introduced the mach bike, contests, secret bases, PokÃƒÂ©mon abilities and growing berries, aspects that I love so much. (Did I mention the easier PC storage arrangement system? I LOVE arranging my PC and keeping it orderly.) n_n;
Although Emerald was a third wheel game, it added the Battle Frontier and improved many other things I liked from Ruby/Saph (easier to do contests all in one place, Hondew berry [and others] can lower EV values, ect.).

I don't have a lot, but Emerald. It's my first PokÃƒÂ©mon game, and I like all the PokÃƒÂ©mon I can catch from the National Dex.
