on the gamecube version i used to fish a monster (as i dubbed it back then) several times a week (my town was like living in a monsoon... rained all the time)

My town is like a desert...it has only rained a couple of times since summer, but I find that catching a Coelacanth is really easy, I have caught it a few times.
