I know how to get Deoxys in R/S whithout a gameshark!

1.Get all five trainer stars

2.Someone will tell you to go to the modseep city space center.Go there.

3.Go to space station

4.Go throw tons of pusslels

5.Get deoxys

just do the puzzle on the 9th island (not sure what it is called) on FireRed and LeafGreen

you will need to use codes to get the ticket needed to get to the island though.
