Problem With RPG

I have a problem on the RPG. Why in the world is my attack 42 but my damage that I do to the other pokemon still the same as my level one pokemon?

I don't fully understand. Your ATT is 42 but when you battle the attack still does the same amount of damage as a level one PokÃƒÂ©mon? What move are you using? And it also depends on what ATT that level one PokÃƒÂ©mon has. Please be more descriptive.

Well, I suppose I can give it a shot. When I was battling with the Blaziken that had 42 attack power, I used Ember and Bare Hands during it, but they still did the same amount of damage that my level 1 Charmander was doing a long time ago. Is the amount of damage done to your opponent supposed to increase as your attack does? If so, it sure isn't for me.

Which attack are you reffering to in which the attack was low, Ember or Bare Hands? Because Ember will do the same amount of damage regardless of ATT, but Bare Hands should do more damage.

Oh, I didn't know that. But why is my attack so high and bare hands still doing that little amount of damage? (which just so happens to be 1)

bare hands should do much more damage, when you run out of Mp you can only do one and die. but if ember always does little damage, how come it increaes in the first levels that you gain?

Don't be so tight with your Cash, drop off by the HM/TM shop and buy a few TMs
