I heard you have to:
catch all 200 pokemon,have 999,999 money ,go to the top of lilycove
department store and buy a trainer ticket,now go to pacificlog and talk to
theman that asks you where do you come from?(yes sapphire, no ruby)
battle him and battle your rival if you win you choose deoxy or jirachi
to be your pokemon......
I dont know if it works though...

That sounds like another one of those things that makes you do alot of work for nothing. but since 999,999 money and all 200 PokÃƒÂ©mon is my goal, I'll try it.
