I got over 150 launches on sapphire, a full hoenn
dex AND to top things off 50 battle tower 7 trainer wins in a row and won every master contest with poke paintings. I had these before 100 launches and I checked on launch 100. I can safely and solidly say,

YOU CANNOT GO TO OUTER SPACE AND YOU CANNOT CATCH JIRACHI OR DEOXYS BY NORMAL MEANS ON EITHER RUBY OR SAPPHIRE.

Don't get sucked in into thinking this is true. Whoever gave these poor gamers false hope about these legends should be ashamed of themselves... I do this to warn gamers of this false roumer.

Deoxys:Aurora ticket.Jirachi:visit Mossdeep space station lots of time and ask the man who work there if the rocket is in 100% for lift off answer yes to go to space.
