OOC: If Fazzy hasn't posted by tomorrow, we'll move on. His character will just tag along until he posts, either saying he can't be in the RPG or posting to regain his character. Until then, try to stop posting that your character is bored. It's only been a couple of minutes in their world.
Why are you reading this? It's not like there's anything to read here....Besides me telling you not to read this because I'm only telling you not to read it....How many seconds of your life have you wasted now?

OOC: All this romance so early in the RPG is making my semi-sick.....Maybe I can stay home from school today! XP Anyway, I'll go ahead and continue the plot, but Fazzy's character shall be silent and follow the group.
BIC:
Quetzal was about to make another gagging sound when the doors flew back open and the officer re-entered.
"I apologize for the wait. Now they're ready to see you." The officer notified, stepping to the side as they entered.
The room was an average-sized conference room, altered to fit the needs of the IPPF. The floor was tiled in large, white-blue tiles, while the walls were a dull silver. No windows or other doors besides the one they walked in could be seen, so everyone focused their attention to the front. A long silver table stretched out across the width of the room, with five people seated behind it. All were dressed in uniforms with shining metals on them, but the shapes of the metals and color of the uniforms varied. The two leaders of the Johto and Kanto police forces wore a customary blue uniform, and their metals were a lot alike. Hoenn's uniform was dark green, the metals having only a faint resemblance to the Johto/Kanto ones. The young leaders of the Orre police force, a man and a woman, both wore desert-sand colored uniforms, with completely original metals. The Johto police force leader was situated in the middle of the table, and was the first to speak.
"I'm glad to see all of you could make it here todays in one piece. You all know why you're here, so let's get straight to business." He then glanced over at the leader of the Hoenn force, a woman, who cleared her throat.
"Your mission is to cease the fighting. You will first go to Vermeleon City, where a major fight between the Rockets, Aqua, and Cipher is said to occur. After that, you will be contacted for further instructions."
"You will be contacted with these." The white-haired male Orre leader rose, setting on the table eight PokeGears. "These PokeGear have been equipped with all the regular cards, but the Phone card has been enhanced to prevent any wiretapping or tracing, so our plans remain a secret."
"A leader of the group must be decided now, because he or she will recieve this." The leader of Kanto reached into his pocket, and pulled out a small badge. The badge was the traditional shield shape, except instead of the logo of one of the regions it had the IPPF logo in the center. "This badge will grant you access to any area not under control of the teams. Whoever gets this badge must keep it hidden at all times."
OOC: And now the characters will vote on who they want to be the leader of the group. The leader carries the badge and makes the final decision on which routes to take.

"You can decide that outside. For now, this Charmeleon can hold it." The Kanto police leader stated, handing the badge to Quetzal. As Quetzal studied the badge, the group was led back outside to the front lawn.
Jessica replaced her old PokeGear with the new one, putting the old one inside her satchel. Quetzal still held the badge, now juggling it.
"Quetzal, don't do that!" Jessica scolded, taking the badge away from the dejected Charmeleon. She looked back at the group. "So, how exactly are we going to figure this out?"
