"I'm not entirely sure a contest would be enough.....The person that becomes the leader should be able to make decisions quickly and have leadership skills, with strength as an alternate trait. This whole thing could still fail if we have a powerful leader who can't make quick decisions or has no leadership skills whatsoever." Jessica explained, looking around at the motley crew.

OOC: "Motley" is another word for ragtag or none-too-impressive, and crew is another word for group. That's also where the band got it's name.

BIC:

"Well, if we stick to the main routes, we shouldn't need a leader or guide. We'll also get our instructions from the IPPF headquarters...." Jessica pondered this for a moment, then stuck the badge inside of her satchel. "Let's just head to Vermilion. We'll just vote on things if we have to." Jessica suggested, Qetzal tapping his foot inpatiently. He really wanted to get going so he could get to battling sooner. He knew he was going to evolve soon; he could feel it! Just a couple of good battles would be enough to push him over the edge and let him earn his wings....And give him more firepower, which is what he mainly wanted. After seeing Jessica's face after getting off that weird emo Fearow, he doubted she'd fly again.

"It's simple, we work as a team, kind of like the whole team being a leader in a way, some of us are better at different things as others so everyone being leader will stop fights over who's leader and the teams skills will be balanced."
