Not necessarily. A japanese person could fly over here with it and you could get it from them, but the chances you would are probably low.

Uh, guys, it was a joke, you don't need to delve into it, even if it does solve the topic problem. Anyway, why fly over to Japan when you can get it imported? That's how I got Animal Crossing for Gamecube. <3 Freeloader

Animal Crossing is a neat game. Another way to get Celebi is to cheat using game shark/action replay, or get it uploaded.

i've heard of a cheat that makes celebi. get an alackazam and a meganium
then put them in the day care you will get an egg containing celebi
