A feeling you get inside of you when your do something good

Well today at school 2 of the most popular girls/sisters in school were feeling crummy. None of her peers offered to be around them. Everywhere they went their friends didn't want to be around them. They kept constantly dropping their books in the halls a couple time and no one didn't even want to touch them. But once I saw their we're having problems I offered to help them out for the rest of the day until they got better. At the end of the day when I was walking to the buss. The girls came up to me and said thanks and they both kissed me on the cheek at the same time. I think I'm going to be sick now, but I a really nice feeling after I helped them out, dos anyone have these feelings anytime you do something good?

I remember when my friend at school was depressed because his parents were divorced. I was really mad at him for being a jerk. I was pretty much grumpy the I didn't really wanted to help him, but then something came to my mind to cheer him up. So I cheered him up. He was not being a jerk anymore. I wasn't in a grumpy mood after that. It actually made me feel happier too.
